We hope you love your Knotty piece. But if you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:
Return Instructions
To be eligible for a free return, you must ship the item within 7 days of receiving your order (based on tracking history).
- Returns shipped after 7 days of delivery will incur a $9.95 restocking fee.
- However, for international orders outside of Korea (where our inventory warehouses are located), if the returned item arrives within 30 days of delivery, the restocking fee will be waived.
Please include the return packing slip in your box (one order per box).
Returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Knotty is not responsible for lost or mishandled return packages. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refund or store credit.
We offer size exchanges only for the same style and color, subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of size exchanges.
- Additional discounts, promo codes, or coupons cannot be applied to Final Sale items.
Abuse of Return Policy
To ensure a fair shopping experience, customers with excessive or irregular return patterns may be restricted from future purchases at our sole discretion.
